Delivery

If you fall into our zero emission delivery zone outlined below, we will deliver your coffee by bike. You can also take advantage of our zero packaging waste solution which is outlined below. 

We will try to expand this area as much as we can for our coffee club subscribers.

Everyone outside of the zero emission delivery area will have their coffee delivered by car or via the postal service. We will offset our carbon for each delivery made using these methods and you also have the option to plant a tree for 99p in addition to this. 

If we deliver directly to you by bike or car, then you can take advantage of our zero packaging waste solution. Please add a note at checkout to indicate that you would like us to fill your containers at your door. 

We will send you a message letting you know when we plan to deliver your coffee. To increase the chances of you being home, we will deliver in the evenings and weekend where possible.

Not going to be in and still want us to refill your containers? If you leave your container in a dry and safe spot then we will happily refill your container. Please add a note at checkout of where you will leave your container. 

If you are unsure of how to store your coffee at home, we recommend buying a coffee container with a one way degassing valve. This will help keep your coffee fresher for longer. Our eco-friendly packaging has a one way degassing valve built in so if you do not have a container, you can reuse one of our pouches.
